Dhoom 3 makes fastest Rs100 crore, may create Rs300 crore clu b After a grand opening, Aamir Khan’s recent release continues to climb the box-office ladder. With the weekend collections now in, Dhoom:3 has become the fastest Bollywood film to cross the Rs.100 crore mark (in just three days). Needless to say, trade experts are now expecting it to break many more records. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh explains, "Aamir is a true game changer. Ghajini (2008) was the first to make Rs.100 crore. Then 3 idiots (2009) became the first to touch the Rs.200 crore marks. Now the business (of Dhoom:3) will only increase because this is the Christmas week." Film exhibitor and distributor Akshaye Rathi points out that, as of now, the film has no competition until the Salman Khan-starrer Jai Ho releases in January 2014. Dhoom 3 box office collection: Grosses Rs 69.58 cr in two days, gazing at 100 cr Aamir Khan starrer Dhoom 3 is on a record-breaking spree. The hot wheels have blown all the box office  records. While on the opening day the flick recorded the highest ever box office collection with Rs. 36.22 cr, Saturday too brought a big turnover for the franchisee.  The flick on Day 2 minted Rs. 33.36 cr including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu versions making a total collection of Rs. 69.58 cr in two days. Tweets Trade Analyst, "Dhoom3 - India consolidated total: Fri Rs. 36.22 cr, Sat Rs. 33.36 cr. Total: Rs 69.58 cr nett. Inclusive of Tamil & Telugu versions. The flick is expected to enter 100 cr-club by weekend.
