After having releasing many teasers for some time, Vivo has at last launched its latest smartphone, the Vivo V11 Pro for the Indian market. The market has at least a couple of phones for comparison; one is the Nokia 7 Plus and the other from their own stable, the Oppo F9 Pro. Here are the key specifications of the Vivi V11 Pro.
The 6.41-inch Super AMOLED display has all of 92.2% as real estate (aspect ratio 19.5:9) and 1080x2340pixels screen resolution. The glass back design gives out that the phone has the fast charging capability. The water drop notch on top of the front screen houses the front camera.
The Vivo V11 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC that is octa-core in construction and clocks a speed of 2.2GHz. The smartphone comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, which provide ample support.
There is the provision for a microSD card to enhance the storage as well. A dual camera setup in the rear, with 12MP+5MP sensors and the large 25MP sensor in the front for selfies give the camera section a massive lift. Vivo has added a number of features to the optics section to make the user experience top-rated.
The Vivo V11 Pro comes with a 3400mAh battery which provides ample talk time and on standby mode. The Dual-Engine fast charging technology ensures the battery your phone won’t be out of power for long. Vivo has also added the in-display fingerprint sensor to facilitate unlocking of the phone.
With all these specifications and features, Vivo has kept the price of this new phone at Rs 25,999. This must definitely give it the advantage in the marketplace pitted against models like the Nokia 7 Plus. But whether it can take on the market leader Xiaomi’s POCO F1 or not will be known over time.

MS Dhoni’s return catch was big moment in the match: Kane Williamson

MS Dhoni’s return catch was big moment in the match: Kane Williamson New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson lauded his bowlers for drying up the runs during India’s chase in the second ODI here, terming Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s brilliant return catch by Tim Southee as a “big moment” in the match. When asked about how the bowlers and fielders responded while defending a low total, Williamson said: “Someone like MS Dhoni, he can finish matches when he is allowed to play his shots. He is the best in the world. That catch was big for us.” Williamson was happy with the manner his bowlers responded on a tricky surface and also gave an insight to how some adjustments led to the Indian skipper playing 37 dot balls. “On this kind of a surface (Kotla), scrapping was important. You needed to put the ball in areas where it’s tough to get away and try and build that pressure. It was an extremely good effort considering that the ball was damp due to dew factor.” Dhoni was cleverly
